The customer service was very poor. Two young salespeople were inexperienced and unapproachable, and made remarks in Malay. I'm a regular customer at CCK Lot 1. Please provide them with proper communication skills.

On December 19, 2021, at approximately 3:26 PM, I encountered a very dishonest Filipino lady named Cecille at the cashier. I noticed the counter stated that a $10 e-voucher would be given to customers upon registering for membership. I asked her if we applied now, could we then use the $10 e-voucher to pay. She told us we must spend $50 to become a member???
However, when I read the membership details, it clearly stated that registration was $0 and could be done online to receive the $10 e-voucher.
After that, she still insisted that she would need to key it into their system first, and only then would we know whether we were entitled to the e-voucher or not.
This was totally dishonest to customers. Business integrity is very important.
I am still giving you 2 stars because your other sales staff provided us with good service. Her name is Ms. Chen Wxx Yxx.
So please educate your cashier to be more honest. If it is necessary to void a transaction and redo it, then please do so, as even if you void and redo, you will still be receiving our business. If your staff are so scared of promoting the membership, then why are you creating this membership promotion?

I do not like the look of these shoes, and find them uninspiring. It's a needs-based purchase, like school shoes, and they do not have sizes larger than 45. Singapore needs to import more shoes in larger sizes. It's difficult for Europeans to shop here.

The staff's attitude is bad. I went twice, thinking of giving them a second chance. Still, the service was bad, and customer service was poor. Also, there was no eye contact. The greeting wasn't genuine either. This store is bad.
