unhelpful, unfriendly & rude staff. Asked where is the product that i am looking for, staff just replied impatiently and pointed at a corner without assisting, ended up i am unable to locate the product while staff went behind counter to mind her own business. Went out of the store empty handed.

Worst kind of service ever. Sales girl will diss at you when you are not buying the item after verifying the price. And it’s just one item verification which takes less than 1 min. Worst!

Indeed. As what others said. Very Rude Auntie at this outlet.. No patience in serving customer. If she thinks others are wasting her time, best is to quit her job. No wonder the store always no walk ins. My 1st time and last time at this outlet.. Sorry.

Worst kind of service ever. The sales girl will be rude to you if you don't buy the item after verifying the price. And it was just for one item verification, which took less than a minute. Worst!

Indeed, as others have said, there's a very rude auntie at this outlet. She has no patience in serving customers. If she thinks customers are wasting her time, it's best for her to quit her job. No wonder the store always has no walk-ins. This is my first and last time at this outlet. Sorry.
