The other sus reviews don't mention about the amount of fat shaming the consultant does even if youre average and not obese and confusing brochures they have. Literally had to put on my clothes in front of her when im just in my underwear in the consulting room without any privacy. Also she kept sneering when she was explaining, and pausing in between her sentences as if wanting me to say something.
The receptionist and the consultant asked me if im comfortable cmmunicating in english or chinese, i said english. Yet they keep speaking to me in chinese, whats the point in asking me then!
From the start to the end they keep saying their treatment is for people who are lazy to exercise but want to slim down. Haha so Joanne Peh was one of them?
Felt so uncomfortable from the moment the consultant started speaking until the after treatment talk. The therapist didnt even tell me which room to go to after the treatment
Also the before pictures they take seem stretched horizontally, and the after pictures appear less stretched and dark. Another tactic to trick you into believing that it had some impact. They didnt even take thigh measurements.
I asked about package prices directly but had to listen to 7min worth of confusing info she wrote illegibly on a piece of paper - for herself. Their method of sales is hard selling and old fashioned.
During the treatment, they won't let you lie down in peace and will ask you personal questions, like if you have siblings, if youre single, if you have a previous boyfriend, your work hours, if you work on weekends etc etc. And oh trust me, they will keep shaming your body parts like how small your knees are to hold your thick thighs.
Their therapists who have big gangster tatoos on their forearms and they look the opposite of professional.
If you sign up for their $28 trial they will set the temperature at 38.5degc which isnt even hot. Their website doesnt really have any scientific evidence.
Their only point is that Joanne peh is the face of their boutique. What a shame.
Be prepared to get pictures taken of your thighs with panties squeezing the fat out your sides and being made to stare at it for 15min, and at yourself in the mirror, their way of psychoing you to buy their 4000$ package (each 30min session $200).
Their capsule treatment is sus and doesnt even have any explanation how it works.

Got a free session that marketed to have a few cm difference in waistline in 1 session. Not only was there no difference, when I called I checked to make sure there’s no obligations to sign package, they assured me that there wasn’t. But the moment I reached, they tried hard selling me. When I declined as I wanted to try the service first, they reluctantly provided the service. I scheduled the next session and received an sms a few hours beforehand that the consultant was sick and they would reschedule with me. After one week, still no follow up from them. I called to make the appt myself. Few hours beforehand it began, again they said they had to reschedule due to consultant being sick.looks like this company isn’t sincere in their services and only want to trick you into getting their package. If you don’t, they won’t provide any free service even though it was told we get to trial 2 free sessions. Seems like the trial is just a bait and they are not professional enough to follow through if you don’t sign immediately… I asked to be seen by a different consultant and they ignored my message. disappointing and a waste of time.

I have Suzanne as a personal consultant. Friendly & outspoken lady, very bubbly. After the trial, i didn’t sign up for their signature bye bye fat treatment immediately but she was totally cool with it. I told her I need to take both trials first as this is the first time I was taking up a slimming session.
In 2 months, I lost 3kg from a M size to S size, very happy with the results. And the leg pain & backache I been experiencing after giving birth were gone too. This is the main reason which encourages me to take up more treatments, as I believe it truly help to gain better health condition.

suzanne was my consultant and she is nice, professional and sweet. she is very attentive and assisted me with any questions that I had regarding my treatment and how the procedure works. she gave me advice on how to take care of my body. she always tells me to be confident about my body and helped me to be less insecure about myself. if u ever get suzanne as your consultant, im 100% sure u will be in good hands. as this was my first time being at dorra, my experience was pleasant and memorable thanks to suzanne.

I had a session with their senior consultant Suzanne Koh. I was initially quite scared however after Suzanne explained to me, I felt very reassured and had a wonderful session.

I arrived for my second appointment this evening 30 minutes earlier than scheduled (7 PM) as I had finished running my errands. I was completely fine with waiting for my turn or starting earlier if my consultant was available. However, upon arrival, the first thing I heard was, "Why come so early?"
Later, another consultant led me to a room to change, but my assigned consultant then came in and asked me to switch to a different room. I had no issue with that. After my treatment (wrapping, in a capsule - 30 minutes), I was brought to the consultation room to book my next appointment. Since I was not sure of my schedule yet, I asked if I could call or WhatsApp later to confirm. However, my consultant insisted that the booking still had to go through her. Thus checking of schedule went back and forth for 5 minutes.
When I finally suggested a date and time, it didn’t match her availability. This kept occured multiple times. She then mentioned that another customer was waiting and urged me to hurry up with my decision. In the end, she eventually agreed to let me arrange it later.
What I found frustrating was that I arrived early, was willing to wait, and did not disrupt their schedule—yet I was still rushed when it came to booking my next session. If I was going to be pressured anyway, why not simply allow me to confirm my appointment at a later time as I had originally requested?
Lesson learned: There’s no benefit to arriving early—it’s clearly not appreciated.

I received a message stating that I was entitled to 2 free intense fat-burning treatments + 1 free home care product on the appointment date. I specially took leave to go, but when I arrived, the treatment had not even started, and the consultant, Suzanne, began talking non-stop, trying to persuade me to sign a package. I told her that I wanted to experience the 2 free treatment first to see if it was suitable for me before deciding on any package. Her attitude immediately changed, and she became unhappy.
Later, another person came in to do the stomach massage for me. After it was done, Suzanne asked me again if I wanted to sign any package. I told her I didn’t have the time to come regularly, so I wouldn’t be signing any package. She then said, “Since you don’t have time, there’s no need for you to do the second free treatment.” I was confused and asked her, “Weren’t the 2 free intense fat-burning treatments supposed to be done on the same day?” But she insisted that they had no time to do it for me.
For those planning to experience the 2 free intense fat-burning treatments, be aware that the consultant will keep pressuring you to sign a package. If you don’t sign, their attitude will change.
I was later scheduled for the second free treatment next week, but in the end, I’ve decided not to go.
Lastly, she gave me a product, but even the box was damaged. It really felt like she was unhappy that I didn’t sign a package, as she couldn’t even be professional about giving out the free product.
