I had a very unpleasant experience at Fitra Chicken Rice stall at Lot One outlet earlier today. I was queuing behind a man, and I noticed that he wasn't moving forward to order, so I asked him if he had ordered, and he nodded. I acknowledged and moved forward to order, but he stopped me and said I had to wait because of some issues in front. So I acknowledged again and waited until the issues were settled. When it was my turn to order, the cashier wasn't looking at me and I thought that they were all overwhelmed by the orders in front, so I waited patiently for her to cue me, but she didn't. Instead, she cued the person (who is coincidentally a Malay) BEHIND me to order. I was literally right in front of her, looking at her. It is either she has some visual problem, or she selectively doesn't want to entertain me on purpose? I felt so discriminated, and I think I will never go back to that store anymore, given this kind of treatment.
