They're quite friendly, but they stand close to you when you're browsing to make sure you buy. At 9:17 pm, the Filipina lady at the cashier shouted to the Chinese lady to shut the doors. Half the shop could hear it.

Failed customer service. It's so unfortunate that Giordano has a staff member with such an irresponsible and wrong attitude, who was holding a fake smile on her face and yet asked the customer to go to other stores and buy if she doesn't like it. Horrible sales attitude. Too bad there's no zero-star rating. 🙄

I would like to rate your staff Miss Mislia Binte Miswadi (004862) as friendly, polite, and a good sales professional! She was willing to help me patiently redeem my member points ($9). Otherwise, I wouldn't even have known they would expire next month! I hope Giordano has more staff like her!

The national t-shirt quality is really bad. It is thin, and fluff sticks to my body.
