Went to check for anti hair fall shampoo. Found an acceptable Japanese product. Decided to purchase it after checking its online reviews and ingredients. After the cashier uncle billed the product i recalled that the bill value was higher than the price mentioned at the rack. Went to the rack with him and we both noticed the price tag was wrongly displayed. Actual price is SGD 22.85. But it displayed as SGD 15.80. Informed the cashier uncle to change it as this is considered as giving misinformation to customers. BTW, the cashier uncle seems like a nice person.

Tried calling 5X at intervals over 2hrs. To check whether my prescription had arrived. NO one picked up. !

Prices are average and you can find alot of daily needs there. I love that there's a first aid section

Disappointed with the service I got. Some of the staff here don't even know what a loperamide is. The cashier I asked spoke to a colleague that said that loperamide is a prescription medication. However, I searched that it's an on the counter medication without the need of a prescription. Plus there's no pharmacy during the weekend.

Dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your cashiers during my visit to Guardian@LotOne on 29/11/24 at 1720hrs. The cashier, displayed an unprofessional attitude that made my experience unpleasant. I value good customer service and was disappointed by this encounter, as it does not align with the standards I associate with your establishment.

The products are very complete, including nutritional supplements and medicines. It is very convenient to buy them. There is also a pharmacist to help you with the prescription.
