My hair stylist kept chatting with another hair stylist and wasn't focused on cutting my hair. When the other hair stylist heard that I requested a No. 1 cut, she passed the shaver to my hairstylist, which had just been used on her customer. There was no basic cleaning, like brushing or anything, to get rid of other customers' hair. I'm not sure if that is the norm, but it is very unhygienic. There were many stray strands of hair sticking out from the sides, but she considered it done. I did not want her to cut my hair further, so I just kept the service short and left. My hairstylist didn't even bother to make my hair neat again after cutting my fringe. I was very, very disappointed and disgusted. It was May Siow and May Chua on duty, but I can't remember which one was my hairstylist.
