Not too bad. They did get the cut according to my requirements. I would say they nailed it. But consistency plays a big role. Let's see what happens on my next visit.

LA Barbershop Lot One Branch has excellent service. It was my first time there, and the barber was very friendly. He knew exactly what I wanted and executed it promptly. I will definitely be back for future visits to maintain my hair.

V Jack was amazing. He understood my request and gave a perfect haircut. 11/10. Would recommend having him as your hairstylist.

The overall experience is amazing. The barber is great at understanding the haircut I want and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. $40 isn’t a bad price for the premium haircut, considering it includes a shampoo and head massage, a quick back massage, styling, and, of course, a bomb haircut. It’s a relaxing atmosphere and a clean place. It’s so far one of my favorites.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE HERE! Staff not accommodative. It was not busy at all, but the staff don't accept you if you don't have an appointment. I hope the management will look into this kind of staff they hire. Not recommended to come to this outlet!

Such a bad attitude from the person on February 27th. If you want to display this kind of attitude, why work in the service industry? There were no customers in the store, yet they wouldn't serve me. No appointment, so they couldn't take me. Ridiculous.

It took me a while to post this, but this will be my first and last time here. I asked my husband to try this barbershop, which he visited on Sunday (10 Oct). His hair doesn't suit his face shape at all. It doesn't even look like a Korean hairstyle; it's more like a bowl haircut. The cut was uneven and messy. He paid $48.

Love the experience! Even though it's a small barbershop, the vibe is cosy and nice! The tattooed stylist is pro and really nice to chat with. The only downside is that the hair wash requires you to bend forward, so do consider this if you're not used to it. Otherwise, it's really popular and booking is preferred! Even though it can seem empty, it's really because they can get fully booked and the stylist is just waiting in between appointments.

Travel on the red MRT line to alight at Choa Chu Kang station. Exit the station, and you will be in front of Lot One shopping mall. This LA Barber outlet is located on the 3rd level, right beside UOB Bank. This outlet isn't as spacious as other branches. They have 2 standard seats for adults. LA Barber has been my go-to choice for stylish urban men's haircuts. Most of their barbers are really professional and take pride in every haircut. They are the one-stop shop for men. From cutting your hair, trimming your mustache, or cleaning your ears, you can be assured you're in good hands. You'll have to make an appointment before heading over, and try to be punctual, as most walk-ins may not be able to secure a slot. Undeniably, LA Barber provides a good haircut at every outlet you visit. : )

Walked into this place hoping for a decent cut, but was immediately greeted with a bad attitude. The staff was impolite and acted like he was doing me a favor just for being there. The shop was empty, but I was told I needed an appointment. Well, I won't pay 45 bucks for that kind of service and attitude anyway.
