From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. Patrick Wong and Lili Sit were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful — they took the time to answer all my questions and offered honest advice without any pressure. What truly stood out was their attentiveness and genuine willingness to assist. Whether it was explaining product details or simply making the experience pleasant, they went above and beyond. It's rare to encounter such dedicated customer service these days, and I truly appreciate it. Kudos to the Maxi-Cash team - your service is top-notch and greatly appreciated. The store is very well organized, making it easy to browse. I had a pleasant and smooth experience at Lot 1, served by Eva! She's very friendly, and her detailed explanations made everything very clear. Also, Eva's colleague was very friendly and nice. She offered me a bottle of water and a seat while waiting. Overall, I had a pleasant and smooth experience at Lot 1. Thank you!

My first time dealing with Patrick Wong at Lot One was an amazing experience. He is an easygoing person and provides excellent service. He helped my mother choose a necklace that she liked. She ended up buying another 2 bangles from him. Hope to see him again for my next purchase!
