Better change whoever is managing the Whatsapp Business account and/or the business. Your gashapon machine gave a totally different figure, message your business account, NO apology or express any concern . Replied our messages like as though we caused trouble and inconvenience to you. We still have to accomodate to YOUR preferred outlet, day and time for a 1-to-1 swop, and at random. Ask us to reach before 8pm and we have to take the initiative and go through the hassle of messaging and calling you back and forth, just to find your staff. Totally NO communication within your own team about this. AND again, you people are the one who caused inconvenience for us and not even apologetic about it. EVEN people who sell things on carousell have more ethics and empathy than you. If you want to conduct business in this manner then might as well close down. You won't last long with this attitude anyways. Rest assured, we will not be patronising your business again.

I am looking forward to Odoroki outlet at Lot One in Choa Chu Kang which will open in October 2023 near Choa Chu Kang MRT/LRT station on the North South MRT line as well as the Bukit Panjang LRT line and the upcoming Jurong Region MRT line! Residents of Choa Chu Kang and Yew Tee would like to get these adorable plush toys and action figures from Odoroki when it opens and this outlet will take over the space that was formerly occupied by Flash Coffee which was closed down earlier this year due to lease expiry.

I am looking forward to the Odoroki outlet at Lot One in Choa Chu Kang, which will open in October 2023! It will be located near the Choa Chu Kang MRT/LRT station, which serves the North South MRT line, the Bukit Panjang LRT line, and the upcoming Jurong Region MRT line.
