Xin Yan’s efforts and the opportunity to try the chairs on the spot played a crucial role in our decision-making process. The emphasis on service is noteworthy, and we appreciate the overall positive experience. Lastly, they give some small free gifts for today deal. Note: meet the right representative salesperson will make buying more fruitful. As she call the boss to secure our deal for our upgrade, we decided on spot on to buy from her due to her sincerity. Just found out that the shoppe selling $100 cheaper than the lot one shop after communicated with the shopee oto officially shop on the massage chair. The lack of two star is that the free gift oto humidifier not working, light working but motor not working. As the humidifier stamped with oto brand as free gift worth $68, it should be working condition and will bring to the shop when free. The new oto humidifier exchange today and the second one when try to operate, there is leaks of water at the bottom and will head back 2nd time to exchange and not sure why the water flow up and wet the entire table after 3rd exchange… serious this humifier not recommended even as a free gift - disappointed. After used for few weeks, the oto PURE PR120 without misting out. The light is still able to on but no mist effect at all. It seem spoilt and the magnetic taps also rusted. Poor quality as compared to other brands brought via Shopee at $25 which is half price of this. Donated to electronic waste after 2months !

Last night went into this shop and met one guy and one girl sales rep. The guy rep kept playing phone and ignored us. The lady rep sound very rude and unpatient to explain the function of the machine. Dear people better dun come here to view.

Last night, I went into this shop and met a male and a female sales rep. The male rep kept playing on his phone and ignored us. The female rep sounded very rude and impatient when explaining the machine's function. To anyone considering a visit, you'd better not come here.

Just found out that this shop was selling the massage chair for $100 cheaper than the Lot One shop, a fact confirmed after communicating with the Shopee OTO official shop about the massage chair. The reason for the two-star deduction is that the free gift OTO humidifier was not working. The light was working, but the motor was not. As the OTO-branded humidifier, given as a free gift and valued at $68, it should be in working condition. I will bring it to the shop when I am free. The new OTO humidifier was exchanged today. When I tried to operate the second one, there were leaks of water at the bottom. I will head back a second time to exchange it, and I'm not sure why the water flowed up and wet the entire table after the third exchange. Seriously, this humidifier is not recommended, even as a free gift. Very disappointed. After a few weeks of use, the OTO PURE PR120 stopped producing mist. The light still turns on, but there is no mist effect at all. It seems spoiled, and the magnetic caps also rusted. Poor quality compared to other brands bought via Shopee at $25, which is half the price of this one. Donated to electronic waste after 2 months!
