So expensive, just chicken and 4 slices of fish 😅. How do they count? Just 'agak-agak', is it?

Your staff do not know how to check payments thoroughly, as they just leave to serve the next customer immediately. My card was declined, and your staff didn't realize it. Luckily, I came back immediately to make the $8 payment. Monitor your staff! Your staff was indeed rude as well.

Good, although on the pricier side.

Nothing to rave about. Just wondering if the price of $7.30 is normal for rice, anchovies in sweet sauce, and salted egg.

I ordered an a la carte meal consisting of beef rendang, fried ikan bilis (anchovies fried in sweet chili sauce), and rice. The rendang was tender and tasty, and the ikan bilis was also delicious, retaining its crispiness. The meal cost S$10.60, which was a little costly. Shall I recommend this stall? For the food quality, yes, if you're not price-conscious. They have a wide variety of dishes on their spread.

I ordered a set for $7 and wanted to add on a crispy batang fish, which is just like anchovies. This add-on was a whopping $8 for a very, very small portion, bringing the total to $15.30. Sorry, I am an avid Malay food lover, but the price is crazy at times. 🥹

Here's the edited review: This is what I have to pay: $12.50. It's too expensive. I always eat Malay food. One type of meat and one type of vegetable usually costs $6.00. This time, I took two vegetable dishes. If they charged $8, that would be enough. I would be okay with $10. Now it's $12.50, and I am very surprised. 😡 I just want to say: ask the price before ordering.

I ordered rice with one portion of sambal sotong, one veggie, and fried mashed potatoes for $12.50. Slightly pricey, but the best was the sotong, especially its spiciness, meat tenderness, and freshness. It was good.
