Went for last-minute CNY shopping for a gold bracelet. I was attended by Carmen Soo around 1 PM, and she managed to help me expedite a bracelet delivery that arrived by 3 PM on the same day! She was very patient in attending to me, explaining the items, and guiding me in choosing items, especially since I couldn't make up my mind. Thank you so much for the good shopping experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The recent purchase of a gold necklace at Lot One Mall is a delightful acquisition and a beautiful adornment to cherish. This experience was enhanced by the excellent service received during the transaction. The brand ambassador Mr. Desmond Lam showed exceptional kindness and expertise. Mr Andrew was very patient and helpful. He allowed us to browse and try on the products we were interested in. He was also very knowledgeable and could explain to us the products that were offered. The transactions were very clear, transparent, and properly explained.
