The staff was really nice and helpful! I called the store prior to arriving to enquire if the items I needed were in stock. The lady who picked up the call checked for it patiently and was very courteous. Upon arriving at the store, she (the lady with brown hair and cat eyeliner) observed that I had called earlier and then directed me to what I needed.

I would regularly purchase things from SKP, in support of local businesses and brands. However, my recent visit to the SKP Lot One outlet was a horrible experience. One of the SKP Lot One sales staff, a podgy, Chinese, bespectacled lady who spoke with a Malaysian accent, was rude, unhelpful, and told me to buy from anywhere I could find a cheaper price. This was her response when I enquired for cheaper trash bags. Because of her horrible sales service, I will not go to SKP Lot One to buy anything anymore. This is not the first time I have encountered rude sales personnel at SKP Lot One. Cheers to SKP HQ for your success in training such horrible sales employees at SKP Lot One.

I was there on Sunday, 3/11/24, around 1:30 PM, looking for a cap for my cups. The staff there was very helpful, and I got what I needed. Good job!
