First time trying this at Lot One! I wanted to lighten my scars, so I decided to give this a try. Erin helped me through the process and talked through the steps. The process was quick, and you can see the results almost immediately.

I very much enjoyed my Eye Rejuvenation Treatment! I hadn't expected a full facial massage and deep hydration mask to be included with the treatment. Erin is skilled and professional. It was so comfortable I fell asleep. I also tried the Forearm Hair Removal (a 1-for-1 promotion!) and understand that it uses Diode technology, which allows the hair to grow back slowly and as finer, 'baby' hair. Although I had two treatments, it took just one hour. The process was efficient, yet felt effective, and I enjoyed the experience, feeling rested. This was my first experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

I've been having IPL for underarms and full legs. Since December last year, I've completed approximately six sessions. The place offers good service and provides an overall good experience. However, two of my six sessions resulted in red bumps on my skin approximately 8 hours later. The first time it happened, I concluded it was because of sun exposure after treatment. However, after my 6th session, it happened again despite me wearing long pants the entire day this time. This issue only occurred on my legs; my underarms were fine. Overall, I enjoyed the IPL sessions, but I may consider other services instead.

I've had two Brazilian sessions with them so far. After just the first session, I could already see a difference! The walk-in option is also very convenient. Sharon served me and was very kind and gentle. The sensation was slightly prickly during the first session, but it got better after the second. Thank you so much!
