Always a great shopping experience with lots of skincare and makeup advice by the various Lot One team members. This time by Wu Fei, who recommended the Belif series to me and sought alternatives for when i mentioned a change in skincare needs in recent times! Also lots of freebies and promos for birthday month! The Face Shop never disappoints!
