I visited Yun Nam Hair Care at Lot One, and my consultant was Oscar. He clearly explained my scalp conditions and gave me a treatment plan to solve my scalp problem. Although I did not sign up, I appreciate Oscar’s thoughtful service.

At the CCK Lot 1 branch, I was taken care of by Sarah. I'm not new there, but I was served by her for the first time, and it was a really nice experience. She talks softly with sincerity, and there was no hard selling.

Love the deep cleanse hair treatment at Lot One with Amos. He’s so friendly and professional. If you face any hair issues like hair loss, thinning, etc., you can book a trial for a hair scan to solve your hair issue early.

Worst experience. I initially signed up for the trial. I was served by Yuki, who told me that my dandruff was serious and required immediate treatment. I was convinced by her service, and when I requested a lower price, she offered $2000 for 10 sessions. She mentioned it was the lowest price she could offer, and I accepted.
For the first three sessions, I was served by her, but my dandruff condition did not improve.
During the fourth session, she started to be more pushy and stated that it required two types of treatment to solve the issue. Who would spend $400 per session? I rejected immediately.
For sessions 4-7, she kept convincing me to take a double treatment or more packages. After my rejection, she seemed to be more unprofessional.
Most unacceptably, for sessions 7-10, I was served by another colleague. They were still trying to sell during the last session.
After that, I went to a salon, where they recommended a shampoo available at the pharmacy. Turns out, it solved the issue, and the $2000 was spent for nothing!!

My consultant, Sarah, is very professional and detailed in explaining my hair loss condition. The treatment process was comfortable and relaxing, and they consistently follow up on the results of my hair growth. I'm happy to see baby hairs growing in a few sessions. I will definitely recommend to anyone facing hair loss problems or scalp issues.

I went to Yunnan Hair Care Center (Lot One) a few days ago. The staff there were very helpful and professional, especially Kerlin Ling. She explained the steps and treatments to me very patiently and gently. Her head massage was also very comfortable. The environment was also great, and overall, the experience was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone with hair problems or hair loss.
