I did the 1st trial with therapist Angela. She is a passionate lady and caring about her customers' needs. My hair feels so smooth after the treatment, plus it was so relaxing and their massage is very good. No hard sell too, thank you!

I’ve been a customer for a while in here & I have a package for hair spa treatment. I would like to review about Meidine because she has been extremely helpful throughout all my sessions. I like her hands and she has been extra caring when I told her about having a headache during last time session. More than anything the I come here for the massage which relaxes me and relieve my stress. Thanks Meidine and I will see you in another 2 weeks time to renew my package.

Meidine has done my hair treatment. I had a wonderful experience with the hair massage! The therapist was incredibly skilled and each movement was soothing and done with the right amount of pressure. I genuinely felt calmer and more refreshed afterward. Highly recommended for anyone needing a moment of relaxation

Signed 2 packages with them which included hair dye treatment. Regardless, they still kept pushing for more treatment services and products each time I visited. This hard selling tactic although distasteful, was no issue to me until my consultant left, whereby the shop then insisted that the hair dye package which I had signed up for was only for root touch up and I had to do a top-up for a full hair dye. Unbelievably dishonest. Don’t peddle your services if you can’t deliver. Will strongly NOT recommend to anyone.
