I signed 2 packages with them which included hair dye treatment. Even so, they still kept pushing for more treatment services and products each time I visited. This hard-selling tactic, although distasteful, was no issue to me until my consultant left. When my consultant left, the shop then insisted that the hair dye package I had signed up for was only for root touch-up and I had to do a top-up for a full hair dye. Unbelievably dishonest. Don’t peddle your services if you can’t deliver. I will strongly NOT recommend to anyone.

I’ve been a customer here for a while, and I have a hair spa treatment package. I would like to review Meidine because she has been extremely helpful throughout all my sessions. I like her hands, and she has been extra caring when I told her about having a headache during the last session. More than anything, I come here for the massage, which relaxes me and relieves my stress. Thanks, Meidine, and I will see you in another 2 weeks to renew my package.

Meidine performed my hair treatment. I had a wonderful experience with the hair massage! The therapist was incredibly skilled, and each movement was soothing and applied with just the right amount of pressure. I genuinely felt calmer and more refreshed afterward. Highly recommended for anyone needing a moment of relaxation.
