I've been a customer at this outlet for the past year and am very impressed with the service from both Meidine and Angela. I am currently having hair spa sessions with Meidine, and she is very skilled, meticulous, and has this healing touch that puts you at ease and leaves you feeling rejuvenated. I am glad to have met such a good consultant who truly cares for the needs of the customer and also does not push sales. The sessions have turned from a luxury to a necessity, as they help with both scalp/hair health as well as my overall well-being.

Went for their trial on an 8-10-step (can't exactly remember how many steps, but it's around there) anti-hair fall spa treatment. There's a video on Instagram or Facebook showing step-by-step how they do it, and they did exactly the same on the day I did it. So I'm quite impressed by their no-shortcut and honest treatment. From there, I signed up for a 10-session treatment package.
But as the treatment package started to be utilized, I noticed they started to skip some steps. It wasn't just one person doing it; subsequently, almost all of the staff would skip steps here and there. Then, each time I asked what happened to the missing steps, they would just say, 'Oh, I forgot,' or 'Oh, the steps aren't written properly on the card.' To a point, I was quite pissed off by their dishonesty!
I requested to have the same person do my hair all the time. And I somehow signed up for a second package because the therapist who did my hair was good at that time. But now she no longer works there, and things started happening again! The missing steps included high-frequency and deep cleansing lotion, and essence after the mask.
When I asked the consultant again, she said, 'Oh, those steps are never included in the package and are only available for the trial. Your initial consultant added them on for you.' I'm like, 'Huh, what? Are there such things?' If the trial treatment isn't the same as the package, then why did I buy it? Wah!
How can I resolve this untruthful service, ah? Urghh.

Came in for a complimentary scalp spa treatment and was quite satisfied! Angela was very sweet and provided excellent service. Will definitely consider coming back!

I signed up for two packages with them that included hair dye treatment. Regardless, they still kept pushing for more treatment services and products during each visit. This hard-selling tactic, although distasteful, was no issue for me until my consultant left. At that point, the shop then insisted that the hair dye package I had signed up for was only for root touch-ups, and I had to do a top-up for a full hair dye. Unbelievably dishonest. Do not peddle your services if you cannot deliver. I strongly do NOT recommend them to anyone.
