Not good. Extremely dry and tasteless. Price is not cheap also for the lousy quality. Will not patronize again.

For wink+ users, note that you cant redeem it anymore, they claim it’s spoiled. I go to woowfles for that. Also the food is really mediocre.

Dishonest store. Wanted to buy chicken labelled as "Teriyaki Chicken Steak" at $3.70/pc but seller took a piece of the chicken and put on the weighing scale wanted to charge by weight. Upon asking, he said that chicken I wanted was sold by weight at $3.77/100g which was labelled "Honey Boneless Chicken". Reason was he just put the price tag there and I should ask which price I should be paying??!!! The piece of the chicken upon weighing was about $5+. So I wonder how many people were misled into paying more for the Teriyaki chicken steak. After telling him he should put the chicken with correct price label, he just ignored and continue his work!

Visited Lot1 BBQ Express purchase on 1 Nov and 30Nov 2024, the lady cashier overcharged on both dates. When I check the receipts she says the POS machine cannot keys meal sets. Please request for receipt and check before you go off.

One of the worst outlet. Ordered through grab app spending about $40 dollars over on this food at this specific outlet at lot one. The bbq chicken set meal turns out to be small chicken cubes from a processed food tin and it was pathetic serving. The fried karate chicken was so hard like it wasn’t pre heated or even cooked properly. Horrible experience ordering the food. Just one advice to the owner of this outlet. “Don’t deceive the patrons ordering grab food from your outlet with your fake food pictures when in the end it dosen’t look similiar when ordered”. Not recommended at all. Jai hind.

Ribs and fish are good as super good but super expensive. Can only eat once in a while. Discount at 500g of ribs.

The other reviewer is so obviously a paid reviewer or something. The food items are marinated off-site and cooked in bulk at the shop, then displayed in the heated cabinet. Nothing fresh about the food at all. But to give it credit, it's well-marinated and passable as a meal when you're craving meat and there aren't any decent western stalls around or you just can't be bothered to cook up some pre-packaged food. Just don't expect anything to be juicy. If the supermarket were big enough to have a rotisserie counter, this stall wouldn't have survived for so many years. Also, be prepared to be covered in a layer of grease even just passing by when the oven is in operation. Please do something about the exhaust, or reduce your batch sizes.

The female cashier at this outlet on 18 Mar 22 at 1pm has very bad service attitude. Feedback to her that last week I bought 2 boxes of grilled wings rice, one with corn and the other has none. Her reply was staff either forgotten to add or there was no more stock even though I bought in the afternoon. Then she further replied in Mandarin 沒有就沒有 which is not apologetic but brash even though I bought 2 boxes of same menu before giving the feedback.
