Went there to buy two cups of drinks. Waited for about 10 minutes before we got our order. When they were making one of our drinks, they realised they added too little of some things after they blended as the liquid was not enough for our size. So they added the ingredients and blended it again. Now the drink was not ice blended but became a literal liquid. Very disappointing that they did not do anything about it and just gave twice blended liquid to us that had no quality. Drink tasted not too good without the ice blended. Recommend to try other outlets as they may be better.

there was a FINGERNAIL CLIPPING in my juice. I bit into it so i went back to boost to let the girl who made my drink know. She was so so rude, kept frowning at me and kept gaslighting me saying its part of an orange?? Asked to see the fingernail then she flicked it into the sink. Did not even offer to remake a drink for me whatsoever... If you dont like direct customer facing roles... dont work at boost? 😠Ruined my night the service was truly awful.

So they added more ingredients and blended it again. The drink was no longer ice-blended but had become a literal liquid. It was very disappointing that they did not do anything about it and simply handed us the twice-blended liquid, which was completely lacking in quality. The drink didn't taste very good without being ice-blended. I recommend trying other outlets, as they might be better.
