Staff are not helpful at all. There was a step in the store. When I got my drinks and turned to leave the shop, I trip on the step and fell. None of the staff came to check and help me up. They just looked on. No one bothered to check with me and ask if I was ok. A customer in the store saw me fell and quickly ask if I was alright and needed help.

Was pleasantly surprised that there is a seating area at this outlet and decided to have a drink here. However, the service received was a monotonous greeting with no smiles nor warmth “Ni hao, san qian”. Obviously, the staff didn’t understand the rationale why the boss make them say that. 😔By the way, my name is not “san qian” 🤣 The seating area is very pleasant, nice for cosy chat. The drinks tasted really good. Only that it is still quite sweet with 0% sugar if you have add ons like Konjac jelly and mango juice. Personally, I think it would be perfect if it taste less sweet.
