PastaMania - Italian Casual Dining Lot One

Food is very nice, staff atikah is very friendly and helpful 😀

Though it was peak dinner timing, the staff were still very friendly to diners. Orders were prepared quite fast. Staff were also quick to clear off the tables once the diners are done and left the restaurant. The Ramadan set meal was delicious and cooked well. Only negative point is that the cheese sticks were overcooked. Rest of the food were good.

Fast service, but note that it can get crowded towards dinner time and you might be better off getting a takeaway from them instead of dining in. Calamari is a recommendation from me, the batter is nicely spiced and not too thick, so it goes well with the squid. Aglio olio is sufficiently garlicky and flavourful, and I’d also recommend the cheesy crumble series if you prefer cream-based pastas.

EDIT: okay so we had ordered a few more times since the last review and the pastas have been perfect each time. Food was great with good portions, not too long wait. So I believe it might have been an off day with their usual staff unavailable. We got all our condiments in the correct amount too. Hopefully it stays this way, and we will always continue patronising. (Will update review in the future if we buy again and the food tastes good again. If that’s the case then maybe there’s some newbie cook today.) I have dined in or ordered delivery every now and then. We had good experience most of the time - food is great, great service most of the time but is it going down again? Ordered aglio Olio today and it was really sad. In this economy I am paying for bad food, and worst of all, we were contemplating making food at home. Should have eaten at home. It’s so bland, extra Chili padi than usual, not enough garlic or olive oil. They only gave one packet of parmesan cheese and Chili flakes even though we had multiple orders. Not sure if it’s cause it’s PH Raya tmr, all the good cooks on holiday or something? Why the missing condiments too? Understaffed today? The food is so bad I’m fighting with my family for the condiments and who used up more than the other. The parm already isn’t even that good but the food was that bad today. We also only had one set of utensil lol. A few days back my sister did a pick up order for pastamania. It was like 20-30mins I think for the order to be ready but she went to take a look at around 10-15mins. There was like barely any crowd ( 3-4 tables~), no delivery orders visible or people waiting. She asked the staff if the food will be ready soon. They said if it isn’t there yet then it isn’t. Pastamania waits till the dot on the app to out the food for collection. Hopefully it’s good again then next time we eat.

Our child spilled a drink and messed up the entire place. Cindy was patient, kind and got us to move to another table to eat, and cleaned up the entire space by herself. Food and service was great from Pasta Mania Lot 1 as always. Grateful for the assistance and professionalism by everyone, especially Cindy! ♡

Had the cheesy crumble pasta with bacon and also their soup set with the cheesy garlic bread trio. Loved it so much that i will recommend it anyone. Especially cheese lovers. Atmosphere and staff were good and there is a wide variety to choose from. Will definitely come back again. Thumbs up , 10/10

Really love the vibes of the place. The food is delicious as well, especially the garlic bread. Love the combination with the mushroom cream soup? (Forgot the name, sorry if it's wrong). The server also really kind and helping. And kinda mesmerized by the cook (Nazri?). It seems so high energy and beautiful to watch. 10/10 experience from me (and my friend). Keep it up Pastamania.

The staffs are great. Always serve with smiles and wiling to help up my request. They are very alert to the customers reactions of request. Whether they are on the floor or in the cashier counter. There was a big group of us and the Malay waitress was very nice to accommodate us and even asked a father and daughter pair if they could switch place so that we can sit together. Because of her excellent skills, the pair willingly changed seats to accommodate us. So thanks to understanding customers and skilful waitress! The place is also tastefully decorated which added another star to the dining experience! The food was served fast and hot! They were tasty too!Especially love the personal pizza though it is pricy for such a small portion. The drinks can be a little less sweet and the experience will be even more pleasant!
