It's a small outlet, so don't expect a large variety of products. Does carry most of the usual stuff and everyday IT needs. I couldn't find the toner for my printer, but that's not readily available everywhere anyway. Not Challenger's fault.

Bad attitude by the old aunty cashier with thick fade eye brows Maybe if you renew your membership, then you would be treated with respect

Was trying to choose my item by comparing the watt and charging power of the charger. But feels like being watch like I'm a thief of the shop.

Old aunty cashier busy playing with her phone. When approached her to make payment, gave me the "why disturb me kind of look" and spoke in a very unfriendly tone. Every staff in the store seems "busy" and walk in customers seem invisible to them.

Bought a Lenovo laptop from Challenger Lot1. Was found faulty within 2 weeks. Not charging. Got it replaced to a new laptop. Couldn’t install MS office in the new device. Keep getting message from MS that product key already installed in another device(the faulty one I guess). After 1 month, I am still frustrated why I even chose Challenger. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I purchased my ASUS laptop at Challenger Lot 1 in March 2025, and Mr Goh Fook Boon (Staff ID : 1739) provided excellent service. I highly recommend Mr Goh Fook Boon from Challenger Lot 1 for his outstanding service! When I accidentally transferred my ASUS laptop's Microsoft license to another PC, Mr Goh went above and beyond to help. He patiently to facilitate a live chat with Microsoft PIC to resolve the issue. His expertise, kindness, and dedication ensured I could use my laptop again. If you're looking for exceptional service and laptop expertise, Mr Goh is your go-to.

My number one shop in Singapore. Whenever I feel free , Always pop in that shop. Variety of tech gig and cool stuff
Some shops might be small and not much stuffs.
If you are members , you can get point or less price. Member fee is $30 a year and reasonable.

Too many sales promoter... I wonder if they really need that much manpower to run a medium sized store. In any case, the store has always been my go to for electronics and has a huge catalogue of products to select. Staffs are friendly and always ready to help you out.

Needed a basic 4G phone (phone call n SMS functions) for my elderly sister.
Was served by sales staff Mr Kevin Too who was very patient serving us.
Not only he explained how to use the phone, he is more than willing when I asked if he could slot the sim card for us.
Thank you Mr Too for providing good service. Much appreciated.
