I went to Lot One store to look for cargo pants. But the color I wanted was not in the store. The malay lady staff approach to me and ask me to order online to click & collect within 2 hours. And yeah! I’ve got my pants within 2 hours at the store after ordered online with the help from one of the male sale staff. They are customer service oriented, friendly, helpful and willing to find stocks and solution of the products from other outlet. Keep up the good work guys!!👍👍👍

Van is supper kind and was really helpful! She was patient and understood what I wanted for my canoeing! She is approachable and has a beautiful smile. Thanks for lending me the phone charger when I rlly needed!

Came down earlier this morning and was assisted by the friendly staff, Lysha, who helped me with my online purchase. She was super helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciated the great service and smooth experience. Will definitely come back again!
