I was half prepared for my click and collect order to not arrive in time and was prepared to cancel my order given how rushed my purchase was. While my order did arrive slightly later, it still reached the store pretty quickly and I ended up collecting my purchase in time for my trip. Shout out to Van for being so helpful throughout!

I went to Lot One store to look for cargo pants. But the color I wanted was not in the store. The malay lady staff approach to me and ask me to order online to click & collect within 2 hours. And yeah! I’ve got my pants within 2 hours at the store after ordered online with the help from one of the male sale staff. They are customer service oriented, friendly, helpful and willing to find stocks and solution of the products from other outlet. Keep up the good work guys!!👍👍👍
