I normally eat Volcano Ramen but today i wanted to try something different. Ordered a Tontoro Ramen. Attached picture for reference. It's absolutely a disappointment. I think i didnt get what i paid for.

Just after a movie and needed something soupy to warm us up. My husband and I ordered their Ramen set that comes with a side dish and a drink. We ordered the Ajisen Ramen (recommended) with Chuka Idako and an iced Hojicha. Just returned from Japan, so their Ramen definitely win but for a quick fix, this did its job! Noodles were springy enough, char siew wasn't soft enough when bite into it and broth was alright.

The kyoza serve are with stain of oil that is black , seem that the oil is not change. The Cha Shu has foul smell.

The portion was bigger during Pre-Covid but unfortunately it seems to have shrunk a bit on my recent visit. The rice was not really filling type and I'm not a French fries fan so I've to share the side dish from my daughter's order and have her take my French fries instead. Overall taste was decent.

The food quality drop a lot. We have ordered ajisen ramen. The Cha Shu meat taste and smell horrible as per my wife and nephew . We took out all the meat.. We have feedback to the staff. Amazing what we got the answer from the staff is got other customer complain also but this is the meat supply by the central kitchen. Luckily my pork chop and baked rice are okay

I ordered the Tontoro Ramen set. The ramen and gyoza is disappointing, and this will be my last visit with such cooking standard.

Today my daughter got a very bad experience. I think the ordering system needs to be improved. Only ordered 1 x cheese baked rice at this outlet but additional set of ramen came. Informed the staff that she did not order the ramen set and the staff reply was she still have to pay for it regardless if she ordered or not. The QR code could be scanned by an earlier customer or whatever possible. No resolution was attempted and the staff only bullied my daughter into making payment.

The gyoza is absolutely trash. The toasted side is not crispy, the soft side is mushy. Yikes.

Was around the neighborhood and decided to have ramen for lunch. Place was not crowded when we arrived and were sitted quickly. Once sitted and food served is where the service ends. I ordered the pork cutlet ramen. Food portion is OK for a small eater. Broth and pork are on the salty side. The side dishes which consist of fried food was not crispy nor hot when served.

Went around lunch and it was not crowded but waited 20 minutes for the ramen. Volcano ramen was a little salty and not as spicy as I thought. The fried chicken was gingerly. Overall tasted pretty much average for the food and service.

Serving staff don’t seem to be well trained. One server brought the noodles to me with his thumb in the inner side of the bowl almost touching the soup. Another server refilled my tea by holding it on the rim of the cup. Real unhygienic. Not a lot of customers so one server hovered around and tried to clear my bowl when I paused midway during eating to reply a message. Fried cuttlefish was very greasy with oil glistening on the cuttlefish coating. Order curry shabu set. Pork shabu was boiled and topped onto the curry gravy. Pork had a bit of a funky smell.

I ordered the cuttlefish baked cheese rice, for the price this portion is decent. The baked cheese rice has a unique taste like it is not the taste I expected, I like it a lot, the cuttlefish is the normal taste like the old chang kee one, the fries has no taste but at least they provide tomato sauce.

came here last night with a friend for dinner and were seated in promptly despite the dinner timing rush and ordered multiple side dishes namely sushi rolls, crispy gyoza, fried cuttlefish and takoyaki balls. as for ramen we both ordered the classic ajisen ramen. the sides dishes tasted absolutely amazing crispy as it should be bursting with flavour and the ramen, thats just another level in which i even added another onsen egg ! we will definitely be back here again !
