Fitra chicken rice at Lot One - Bought a set of roasted chicken rice with gizzard, normal chicken rice and chicken porridge. Porridge soaked with black light sauce on top. Chicken rice set, chicken, vegetable (only the stem less leaves), gizzard all soaked with black sauce. But rice packed empty. When dine in why were all these items served separately? Does it make any sense? I paid for these food but I ended up frustrated. Why?

I had a very unpleasant experience at Fitra Chicken Rice stall at Lot One outlet earlier today. I was queuing behind a man and I noticed that he wasn't moving forward to order so I asked him if he had ordered and he nodded his head. I acknowledged and move forward to order but he stopped me and say I have to wait because of some issues in front. So I acknowledged again and waited until the issues are settled. When it was my turn to order, the cashier wasn't looking at me and I thought that they were all overwhelmed by the orders in front, so I waited patiently for her to cue me, but she didn't. Instead, she cued the person (whom is coincidentally a Malay) BEHIND me to order. I was literally right in front of her, looking at her. It is either she has some visual problem or she selectively doesn't want to entertain me on purpose??? I felt so discriminated and I think I will never go back to that store anymore given this kind of treatment.

Customers order food but it's made for them in the same way , Reordered the item and still the wrong item . and 7$+ for this meal

Though Chicken rice is tasty, the chicken portion is pathetic compared to other Fitrah branches. SIX THIN SLICES and a whole plate of rice does not make this a healthy meal!! When all chicken slices are finished, there’s still a whole plate of rice. Sad really when it used to be so good and now there’s just no value for money.

Terrible and very rude service by the china uncle, take away no packet chilli can't even communicate with non chinese customer defeat your purpose of being halal. Wanted to add more item but due to the very poor service i changed my mind... Spoilt my mood for lunch. Never going this store again!

Terrible and very rude service by the staff member. For takeaway, no chili packets were provided. The staff member couldn't even communicate with non-Chinese customers, which defeats your purpose of being halal. I wanted to add more items, but due to the very poor service, I changed my mind. It spoilt my mood for lunch. I'm never going to this store again!
