Absolutely delicious. The owner is very kind and patient, and explains each dish thoroughly when asked. Try it out. Highly recommended!

8 December 2023 I wish to commend the gentleman (I didn't manage to get his name, but he was likely the only man serving at the storefront with another lady) for his great service. After taking my order, he proceeded to prepare one item of my order that was not available off the shelves. I made my payment, collected what I had, and made off quickly without realising I had left without the item. In fact, I had walked to another end of the very busy food court, and I was definitely not easily visible – but to my surprise, the gentleman found me to hand me my food. He must have put in a lot of effort and heart to find me, and I am very thankful. Such great service is really not easily found. On top of this, this is also a stall my mum frequents for its nice and affordable dim sum. I highly recommend that anyone give them a try.

Liu sha bao is quite bad (it sticks to the teeth). The set was $8.90.

This doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating, as there's no zero-star option. The Chee Cheong Fan tastes sour, as if it has turned bad, and the prawn is powdery. The chicken leg is hard. The prawn in the siew mai is powdery too. Skip this stall; it's a waste of time!

Went there with my mum for the first time. We ordered 2 chee cheong fun and 5 other items. The total bill was $34.80, which was rather shocking. After looking at the bill, I realized that the chee cheong fun alone was about $5.50 (ouch!). Each item cost between $4 and $6 on average. In my honest opinion, these prices are already equivalent to restaurant prices, despite this branch being located within a food court. Taste-wise, it's really good (though I found it a little too salty for my taste). This branch is definitely highly recommended if you are in Lot One. Overall, good dim sum.

I love their dim sum. I eat in the morning at 8:30 am, and there's no crowd. We enjoyed the sesame bun, char siew pastry, egg tart, and fried char siew bun. My 3-year-old loves the small pink longevity bun.

Ordered a total of 7 items; ate 4. The har gaw was the only acceptable item. The prawn was fresh, but it was heavy on the black pepper. Braised Chicken Feet - the taste was acceptable. Prawn Chee Cheong Fun - the prawn was not fresh at all; its texture was mushy and it was minced, not whole. The wrapper was on the thick side. Fried Prawn Bean Skin - its taste was sweet (even though it's a savoury food), and the prawn quality was the same as the Chee Cheong Fun. I would never go back. I'd rather take a bus to the nearest Kimly for their dim sum, which is 50% cheaper and 30% tastier.
