Ordered total 7 items, ate 4.
Har gaw is the only thing is acceptable, the prawn is fresh but heavy on the black pepper.
Braised Chicken feet - taste acceptable
Prawn chee cheong fun- the prawn is not fresh at all, texture is mushy and is minced, not whole. The carbs are on the thick end
Fried prawn bean skin - it’s taste sweet (it’s a savoury food) and the prawn quality is same with chee cheong fun.
I would never go back and rather take a bus to nearest Kimly for their cheaper (50%) with 30% tastier dim sum.

Worst Chee Cheong fan I have ever eaten. $5.30 for a plate of sahara desert.

Liu sha bao is quite bad (sticks to teeth). $8.90 set

I wouldn’t have given a 1-star rating. Not even worth one star, as there is no zero-star rating. The Chee Cheong Fan tastes sour, as if it has turned bad, and the prawn is powdery. The chicken leg is hard. The prawn in the siew mai is powdery too. Can skip this stall, waste of time!

Went there with my mum for the first time. Ordered 2 chee cheong fun and 5 others. Total bill came up at $34.80, which was rather shocking to me. After looking at the bill, I realized that the chee cheong fun was about $5.50 (Ouch). Each item cost between $4 to $6 on average. In my honest opinion, this is equivalent to a restaurant price already, although this branch is located within the food court. Taste wise, it's really good (Albeit I feel that it's a little too salty for me). This branch definitely highly recommended if you are in Lot One. Good Dim Sum overall.

I just wish to commend the gentleman (didn't manage to get his name but should be the only man servicing at the storefront with another lady) for his great services.
After taking my order, they proceed to prepare one item of my order that is not available off the shelves. I made my payment, collected what I had and make off quickly without realising I missed the item being prepared. Infact, I have walked to another end of the very busy foodcourt and definitely not easily visible - but to my surprise, the gentleman found me to pass me my food. He would have to take a lot efforts and heart to find me and I am very thankful. Such great services are really not easily found.
On top of this, this is also a stall that my mum frequent for their nice and affordable Dimsum. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try.

After taking my order, he proceeded to prepare one item of my order that was not available off the shelves.
