Food is average as expected but no complaints there.
Atmosphere was normal but can do better with better air-conditioning or ventilation.
Now the service is where it gets interesting because I've seen great reviews here about the service, so it's either the exceptional staff wasn't working today or the reviews are "bought". The experience I encountered was interesting so to speak as the first server in the line got my order wrong but I accepted the wrong order and moved on. Second server was doing her job to serve the vegetables and sauce, although she can be slightly more generous with her use of salt and pepper? Because the tins wasnt even tilted 45 degrees and she was done.. not sure if any salt and pepper got into the sandwich. Maybe ambassador for healthier choice? In any case, no biggie. The final server who is the cashier was the most interesting. He was mumbling and when I paused to try and figure out what he was trying to say, he repeated with annoyance clear on his face even though he was wearing the face mask, and spoke louder with strong Filipino accent. (Not trying to be xenophobic here, I've got great Filipino friends and I do understand the accent, the cashier was simply mumbling and spoke too soft.) When I asked about the meal, he annoyingly said how many cookies and which one i wanted. Nothing too crazy there, just the tension was palpitable through his aura. The bespectacled man with two ear studs.. that how much tension was created, that I could remember the details so vividly. He asked if I was dining in or to-go, so I replied takeaway. After packing the food, he placed them all in the tray without any carrier, so I asked, my order is for takeaway ya? He paused and thought back, seemingly noting the mistake but still sulking packed my orders into the carrier, together with an empty cup. An empty cup without any carrier. So.... I had to ask again right?... "May I know where is the carrier?" The spoke was curt, "Go down the line and you'll see it." Well so much for the warm service rendered.. After making my payment, I checked the cup and realised the cup was dented so I asked if I could get another cup and guess what? He snatched the cup from me and threw it over his head, and took a new cup and threw it in front of me. Shocked, I remarked "wow so angry!?" And the customer after me also remarked "wah so attitude ah, if he do this to me later, he sure get it from me." "Maybe he had a bad day..?" Hearing us, the cashier probably felt shame? Looked at us and gave us a thumbs up. Erm... means what ah?
So all in all, an interesting experience.. slightly infuriating but I was glad that a fellow customer also recognised the service that the cashier rendered had much room for improvement...

Ordered via Foodpanda and my order was wrong. I asked for extra ingredient but it was not given at all. The veggies I asked for were not given but instead, I got tomatoes which I did not ask for. Bread was so dry. unpleasant experience.

The subway sandwich I got tasted great but I ordered the meal and was given only one cookie instead of two. Not sure why there would be such an error as the standard meal comes with two cookies.

ordered using foodpanda and the whole order was wrong supposed to be one one honey oat bread and one multi grain bread but what we got was both multi grain , even worse we only received 2 cookies when we supposed to have 2 each for each meal and one of the drink that I top up money for was not even given

My worst experience ever ordering food at Lot 1 Subway. The Malay auntie was so damn attitude, so impatience. From ordering the breakfast menu, selection, veg selection. Her attitude is just bad, I repeated reminded her that our breakfast set had eggs and they confirmed yes the egg is placed inside the bread. When we opened our breakfast sandwich we noticed missing eggs. The reply they just said they are busy and missed out the eggs despite the fact that I have reminded them twice. No apology was given. Very rude and simply finding excuses. Lousy services. If you have problem or unwilling to work, please just stay at home. Ruined me and my family mood!

Staff talking more than they serve customers. They gave half portion of the eggs to our breakfast egg ham cheese flat bread. I feedback to them just last week they are cheating the customers by giving just half the egg portion. Today they did it again! They quickly rectify and top up my breakfast with the balance half portion egg. It seems it is an usual practice and I wonder how many customers they have cheated!
After I am seated to take my breakfast, the crew turn on and blast the music very loud and they continue talking and laughing at the service counter.
Bad service and loud music making the ambience so noisy and not cosy!

Honestly had nothing to complain about the service or atmosphere. But the sandwich wrapping was horrible. My avocado and tuna fillings leaked out and leaked all over the bag.

Really bad place to eat food.
I ordered a normal veggie delight without tomato. I got the tomato! I don’t like tomatoes. I understand the hassle but I mean I specifically stated that I didn’t want tomatoes.
The cookies were hard and not at all round. I really disliked that it was rock hard. I love the softness of the subway cookie which was missing.

Came here for the breakfast. Ordered a Italian bread with Bacon. The younger staff asked if i would like to have a cookie or hash brown and i chooses the hash brown. She then asked if want a coffee or tea. I told her i would like tea. She then asked if i want latte. I told her tea is good as i dont take coffee or milk. Then the older staff that is making my sub told me that latte will have to pay extra. When i was paying, i just realised that they charged for hash brown and tea. Its been awhile since i tried their breakfast and i thought it was $6+. But with the added hash brown and tea i have to pay $8.9. The staff should have told me that hash brown and tea is not included in the $6+ deal. And the way they asked as if its included is very misleading. The advertisement on the board is not clear too.
The bread is heated and the portion of vegies are good. Breakfast bacon only came with one streak of bacon….overall food is fresh and good. But Subway have to train their staff better and modify the advertisements to be not misleading.

Two super friendly workers that always helped me. Would like to thank the two of them, one was a dark skin guy and the other was a fair skin lady (if I'm not wrong her name was Ann). Those two can. Simply make my day with just serving my subway meal. I would like to dedicate this review about for their hard work to serve me a good meal and meet all my needs to the fullest. It's hard to come by nice workers. Rare to find these two gems :)
