PLEASE AVOID THIS OUTLET!!!!
This outlet has been notorious for giving extremely low portions. My daily bowl weighed only 300g now?? It used to be filled to the brim, but not anymore. Initially, I thought it was a one-off incident, but this has been happening multiple times in my recent visits. Others have also reviewed regarding the low portions and bad service, but it appears that the management didn't take any action at all.
A lot of the reviews here are FAKE REVIEWS!!! Notice that they keep repeating the same names? As a regular customer, I don't even know who these people are. They don't even wear their name tags during work! The regular staff are kinda rude most of the time, as other reviews mentioned. Stuff'd, please stop incentivising your staff to farm reviews, but focus on the actual service lapse by your staff.

Rude female malay staff working today morning. I went there as i am unsure whether it is open. I couldn't hear what she said so just politely double confirm with her the opening time and she glared at me.
Later on even spoke to her colleague behind my back in her language saying "what sia" as if i did something wrong. Super rude!!!

22/11/24 bought 2 daily bowls & was served by the Malay young fair petite lady.
To my disappointment (not the first time) this fair n young Malay lady on duty, commented to me if I really want to choose broccoli since I previously feedback broccoli was sour’, she said to not to buy recently n today said not dirty her google review with my genuine feedback that it was not fresh. I was really puzzled with her rude n unfriendly response towards customers. She took genuine feedback negatively n said no one is perfect, then continued by saying even if I were to buy broccoli from ntuc, it would be frozen one. Surprised she didn’t know broccoli comes with fresh ones not necessarily is frozen.
What puzzle me was her rudeness as front-liner. Her stall sells food n yet the responsibility of food freshness is not the seller but the buyer!
What a bad attitude she has n should be sent for re-training on customer service.
24/7/24 bought 2 daily bowls, was happy to see that there is broccoli 🥦 today; brought home n ate immediately but broccoli actually sour n tasted bad; what if after consuming n have upset tummy? See picture. I read now my previous review on 27/9/23 was same problem, oh my; stuff’d doesn't bother to improve on it. The amount of chicken has also reduced drastically :(
27/9/23, bought 2 bowl of salad w chicken, notice the 5 types of veggies given amount all reduced, chicken was cut until like minced chicken now; worst still, the broccoli 🥦 is sour, already turned black n stall still sell them to customers 👎🏻
26/3/22, visited stuff'd @lot1 again, this time is to buy salad bowl, bad bad bad! The filippino cashier is on duty again; he is the one who is always grouchy, moody, no smile, no greeting, and never say thanks to customers.
Today, my purchased value is $9.90; thought he told me to tap my paywave visa card, n i did but was too early as he keyed in 0.99, later he entered 9.90 n told me to tap my card; before i tap, i actually asked him if the earlier 0.99 transaction went through, he refused to answer me; i asked again n he still refuse to answer me! Why is he always so rude?! This is not the first time i met him at cashier point; last i presented my e-capita voucher, he didnt know how to use it n showed me grouchy n unhappy face too. Hope the owner advice him on his bad attitude is totally unacceptable in service line. Thank you.
Due the few encounters of bad service, i now changed my review to 2!
Past: my experience with stuff d lot1 is excellent; changed of cashier she is so patient n professional, friendly; the frontline who serve me food is as great as the cashier. Overall they r a great team. I wud like to recognise Ms Selvi n Ms Balkis👏👏👏👍😆

Bought a daily bowl and found metal scrubber fibre mixed with the vegetables. Almost swallowed but luckily I chewed carefully.
Went to let the staff know today and showed them the picture but they just stared at me like a deer in headlights lol. Be careful when you chew!!

I've ordered a burrito. Normally, from what i usually see, they used a larger tortilla compared to a kebab. However, this time, I noticed them using the same tortilla pile from the previous customer who ordered a kebab. I just thought to myself, maybe with the right amount of filling, it should still weigh the same as the previous times. In the end, the burrito weighs less than the approximated weight (typically, it weighs almost or more than the approx. weight).
Edit: It turns out one of the staff made a mistake and gave me the wrong order (it is a beef kebab). Went back to the stall to rectify the issue, and the staff gave me a complimentary kabab. At least with the same tortilla, the weight of the burrito is very much different from the kebab.

Your staff was doing a rude gesture while I was choosing my order. Not even 5 mins into my order they showed signs of annoyed, kept asked me for my choice of sides repeatedly. One of the female whom wore a hijab cream in colour not wearing spectacular started knocking her fingers which clearly was unprofessional. My friend who waited for me at the side can even hear the knocking sound. I wish upon request to educate and send your staffs, particularly on that shift for refresher course on customer service.

just bought a chicken kebab at lot 1 mall. The standard weight sld be 280g. However mine weighted 270g. The lady staff strictly told me is because i only had 1 sauce. Hello the kebab looks so skinny n small. Does 1 more drizzle of sauce make up for the weight? I wldnt buy from them again..feel cheated. Too angry with the staff's defensive stand to take pic!

I used to love Stuff’d, but my experience at this particular outlet has been disappointing.
1. First Visit: Many ingredients were out of stock, but the staff did not inform me beforehand. Instead, I was still asked to proceed with my order and payment.
2. Second Visit: I ordered a Burrito Bowl, which is supposed to weigh around 400g. However, my portion was less than 350g. I chose not to complain directly at the time because it was peak hour, there was a long queue, and the staff already seemed unhappy. I also wanted to avoid any unpleasant situations.
This outlet does not match the quality and service. Hope the management takes action to improve the service, ensure ingredient availability, and maintain consistency in portion sizes.

the bowls are really sad now :( barely 500g? it was almost 800g and the salad veggie used to take up half the bowl. i thought it was a one time thing or just an oversight by another staff but the iceberg lettuce is, no joke, half a fistful now. its so pathetic
lettuce used to take up half the bowl, now only 1/4 and less :( will not patron again. not worth your 8.80.
image attached is BEFORE I EAT 😤 lOOK AT THE VEGE, its soooooo little. the other toppings no comments but overall its just... less... so disappointed

Disappointed with the recent change in how Stuff’d prepares their chicken. They’ve switched from their signature kebab-style to sous vide, completely ruining the texture and flavor. What used to be perfectly crispy, barbecue-style chicken skin is now jelly-like and unappetizing (see image).
There might be issues with the kebab-style cooking—perhaps the heat caused glass to crack—but if that’s the case, they should invest in a central kitchen instead of compromising on quality. To make things worse, they’ve also raised their prices. A huge downgrade, and I won’t be looking forward to ordering again.

I ordered a burrito. Normally, from what I usually see, they use a larger tortilla for burritos compared to kebabs. However, this time, I noticed them using tortillas from the same pile as the previous customer who ordered a kebab. I thought to myself, perhaps with the right amount of filling, it would still weigh the same as previous times. In the end, the burrito weighed less than the approximated weight (typically, it weighs almost or more than the approximated weight).
Edit: It turns out one of the staff made a mistake and gave me the wrong order (it was a beef kebab). I went back to the stall to rectify the issue, and the staff gave me a complimentary kebab. At least, with the same tortilla, the weight of the burrito is significantly different from the kebab.
