Queues can be long during peak hours, especially around 5:30 PM. More variety compared to other branches.

Love their confectionery products, especially the Swiss rolls. Highly recommended, as they're packed with a cover. However, I'm giving a 1-star rating here. The main reason is the cleanliness of this store. Words alone can't express my thoughts. Try visiting their store at Lot One and take a look at their counters and bun corner. It's not surprising to see houseflies within it.

Lot 1 has the worst service staff. Arrogant and rude when bumping into customers, without any sense of apology. Especially one single-eyelid auntie with brown-colored hair. I think she is the supervisor in the shop. RUDE AND ARROGANT 👎🏻👎🏻

I bought the cream puffs at this outlet, and they are, my god, amazing. The choux is fluffy, and the filling is custardy—note that this is not the fresh cream filling, but the custard cream type. It is big and only $1.80! I had to call up and book the remaining three. I believe they only have three puffs delivered every day, which the outlet staff then pipes with cream in the shop. If you want more, you have to place an order in advance. So it's all up to luck if you get to buy any when you go down.

I patronized the shop on a Monday afternoon. The cashier aunty was impatient and showed me attitude when I changed my mind about getting a plastic bag. On a separate occasion, on July 1st, the lady cashier with gold-colored hair (wearing spectacles) collected payment from the customer behind me when I was right in front of her, waiting to pay. Zero customer service!

Great place to get quality bread. My only complaint is that when we visited, there were some flies around the bread. It's not too pricey, but higher than neighbourhood bakeries.

I love Four Leaves bread. It's very fresh and nice. Service is always very fast. Take, pay, and go. Chocolate bread is nice. I like the small versions of bread they do, as I get to try more.

I purchased the cranberry wholemeal bun at Lot 1 on 10 Nov and found this large plastic foreign object in the bun. Please rectify this matter, Four Leaves.

Expect to wait for about 5 minutes, as the checkout queues can be very long during peak hours around 5:30 PM. The variety is much greater compared to the other Four Leaves outlets nearby. While queuing, staff were coming out with piping hot bread on plates to refill the selections. Bread is soft and freshly baked.

The service staff, especially the cashiers, are really impatient, rude, and hostile to customers. To the elderly, to youngsters, and almost every customer. I would rather go and buy from the other bakery beside NTUC. Seriously, I wonder what made them so unhappy at work.
