The service staff especially the cashiers are really impatient, rude and hostile to customers. To elderies, to youngsters and almost every customers. I will rather go and buy from the other Bakery beside NTUC. Seriously, I wonder what made them so unhappy at work.

Great place to get quality bread. Only complaint is that when we went there, there were some flies flying around the bread. Not too pricey but higher than neighbourhood bakeries.

patronised the shop on a monday afternoon, the cashier aunty is impatient and showed me attitude when I changed my mind to get a plastic bag
on separate occasion on 1 jul the gold color hair lady cashier (wearing spectacle) collected payment from the customer behind me when I was right in front of her waiting to pay

LOt 1 has the worst service staff . arrogant and rude when bumped into customers without a sense of apologetic . especially one single eye lid auntie with brown coloured hair .. think she is the supervisor in the shop .. RUDE AND ARROGANT 👎🏻👎🏻

Love their confectionery products especially the Swiss rolls, highly recommended. (Because it's packed with a cover)
However, giving a 1-star rating here. The main reason is because of the cleanliness of this store. Words alone can't express my thoughts. Try visiting their store at lot one and take a look at their counters and buns corner. It's not surprising to see houseflies within it...

My daughter loves the bread there but we had a v bad experience there today as one of their staff was rushing to exit from the kitchen without looking at her surroundings and knocked on to my 2 year old daughter who landed on her back and on her head.
Staff did not even bother to apologise and check on my daughter. Utterly disappointed by the negligence of their staff!

We love your bread but it was rather upsetting at the situation sighted at your Lot One branch on Mon 25 Apr at around 2pm. Your staff was eating (visibly holding a spoon on her hand) and talking to her colleague who were processing fresh bread at the moment. The whole tray of bread in front of her was exposed as she was talking, this is a breach of hygiene as the bread could have been contaminated by her saliva. Please provide your staff with a proper break area or advise them not to eat at open areas for bread preparation.

Order 1 week ago a cake for my son birthday. Went to collect and they gave us a different design of the cake. Told us to accept it or go another outlet to collect. The other outlet is 15km away. What a responsible bakery! Thumbs up. Stupidness at the highest level!

On a separate occasion, on July 1st, the lady cashier with gold-colored hair (wearing spectacles) collected payment from the customer behind me when I was right in front of her, waiting to pay.

Expect to wait for about 5 mins as the paying queues can be very long during peak hours around 5.30pm. The variety is way more compared to the other Four leaves outlets nearby. While queuing, there were staff coming out with piping hot bread on the plates to refill the different selections. Bread is soft and freshly baked.

I bought the cream puffs at this outlet and my god are they amazing. The choux is fluffy and the filling is custardy, note that this is not the fresh cream filling, but the custard cream type. It is big and only $1.80! I had to call up and book the remaining 3, which i believe they only have 3 puffs delivered everyday before the outlet staff pipes the puffs with the cream in the shop. If you want more, you have to make order in advance. So its all up to luck if you get to buy any if you go down.
