Thank you Ms Jessie Wong for styling my hair for Teacher’s Day dinner! Jessie went the extra mile for advising on my hairstyle and my clothes when I needed to change my outfit! Thank you so much!

I recently visited this salon with my daughter for a student haircut. When I asked about the price, one of the staff members glanced at my daughter and commented, "Student so big meh?" I found this remark to be body shaming and completely unprofessional. The implication that my daughter's height or size would affect the price or service was unnecessary, and made us both uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect respect and courtesy, regardless of physical appearance. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.

I've been a customer for 10 years, with Kelvin and Nico as my hairstylists. Nico has a really good hair washing and massage technique, and Kelvin is also a very friendly and personable hairstylist. Would recommend this place if you have the right budget.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their skills are no doubt very good for my young son's curly hair. Some of the hairdressers can handle curly hair well. But all that goes down the drain, as they have 0 soft skills. I went down today to get my son's hair cut on 29/3, between 3pm-3:05pm. I asked if we could get a haircut for my son, and the guy handling the front counter just brushed me off, glared at me, and spoke in a high tone: "Cannot, all full." I asked again, "Even for a toddler?" He raised his voice even louder and glared, without apologizing or offering to book an appointment. That's CS 101. The purple-haired lady was also not helpful at all. If you don't want to work weekends, then don't work retail, la, and don't vent your anger at customers. I would formally make a complaint to HQ once they are back open after the long holidays. I don't need money; I need an apology for making your paying customer look like a beggar. Please do review the CCTV footage at the given time.

I've been a customer at JY Lot1 for more than 10 years. They are always attentive to my needs, give professional advice, and provide styles that suit me.

Here's an edited version of the review, focusing on grammar and readability while retaining the original meaning and sentiment: "My wife went for her facial treatment a few days ago. She was forced to buy a package, even though she didn't want to continue, by the consultant manager there, Adel or something, and another person wearing glasses. They looked professional, but engaged in hard selling after she had finished her facial treatment. Doesn't your company have enough money already? This kind of hard selling. Don't force people to buy anything if they already said they don't want to. Adel and the woman wearing glasses, wake up to reality! Stop hard selling. You have kids to feed, so do we!"

Jessie Foong, the hairdresser at the Lot One outlet, provides excellent hairdressing services. She is very experienced and knows what I need. I have followed her for more than 20 years, from the IMM outlet to Lot One. She personalizes hairstyling according to what I want, be it for job interviews or special occasions. I always received a job offer each time she styled my hair before a job interview. Big thanks to my hairdresser, Jessie, who has journeyed with me through the years!

While I appreciate the enthusiasm and effort your sales/consultants team puts into promoting facial products and packages, I found the approach to be quite pushy at times. After expressing my disinterest or saying "no," I felt an increased pressure to continue engaging in the sales conversation, which made me extremely uncomfortable. It felt as though I was walking into a lion's den, where I was backed into a corner rather than being guided through a discussion. I believe a more respectful and consultative approach would enhance the customer experience tremendously. Listening to customer needs and respecting their decisions, even when they are not ready to buy, could foster better relationships and potentially lead to future sales.

My hairdresser Kelvin Lee and his assistant Nicole have been doing my hair for a very long time. I love their personal service very much and strongly recommend them!
