My family always visit Lenskart for our spectacles. Very friendly staff and fast delivery. Good quality lens and spectacles. Price wise it's always very reasonable. I would highly recommend to all.

Great customer service. Brought my mum to get her reading glasses. They were thorough in checking her readings and gave good advice as well. Highly recommend to get your glasses here at Lot 1 branch!

I am truly impressed with Claire exceptional service. As soon as we entered the newly opened store, she greeted us warmly and immediately offered her assistance. Her approach reflected her preparedness and commitment to serving customers. Despite my casual browsing, she remained patient, consistently checking in and asking thoughtful questions to understand my needs. Her willingness to assist stood out, especially considering my past experiences at other optical stores where staff were indifferent. Claire's detailed explanations and genuine attentiveness demonstrated her expertise and dedication. She is a remarkable asset to your team, and her hard work and genuine service deserve recognition. Don’t trust on the rating on Google! You will end up the disappointment of their lousy quality frame with rusty sign within 1 year! I already stop using this brand, trust me before you regret! This cost of the frame is not worth that money you pay for it!!!! What titanium quality, just a lousy steel material! I do not understand why lenskart want to force first purchaser to give good rating and lead other consumer misleading their problematic quality product?!!!

Staff Iffah was very helpful in assisting both me and my mum in getting the right prescription for our spectacles. She guided my mum on getting progressive lenses (reading habits, positioning, far/near sights). For over 2hrs, very commendable. Staff Claire was very friendly, served both me and mum taking turns when one of us had to do the eye check with staff Iffah. She made us feel very welcome. Staff was very hospitable. Thank you again to both the staffs.

I had a fantastic experience at Lenskart Lot One! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit.
