Iffah was very helpful in assisting both my mum and me in getting the right prescription for our spectacles. She guided my mum on getting progressive lenses, considering reading habits, positioning, and far/near vision. Her dedication, lasting over two hours, was very commendable. Claire was very friendly, serving both my mum and me, taking turns with us when one of us was undergoing an eye check with Iffah. She made us feel very welcome and was very hospitable. Thank you again to both staff members.

Don't trust the ratings on Google! You will end up disappointed by their lousy quality frames, which show signs of rust within 1 year! I already stopped using this brand; trust me before you regret it! The cost of the frame is not worth the money! What titanium quality? It's just lousy steel material! I do not understand why Lenskart wants to force first-time purchasers to give good ratings and mislead other consumers about their problematic quality products!
