My first time dealing with Patrick Wong at Lot one was an amazing experience. He is a easy going person and provides excellent service. He helped my mother to choose a necklace that she likes. Ended up, she bought another 2 bangles from him. Hope to see him again for my next purchase!

The store is very well organized, easy for me to look around. Had a pleasant and smooth experience over at Lot 1, served by Eva! She’s very friendly, and very detailed with her explanations making things very clear for me too. Also, eva’s colleague who was very friendly and nice too. She offered me a bottle of water and to sit while waiting. Overall, I had a pleasant and smooth experience over at Lot 1. Thank you!
