The Myanmar girl got attitude problem.

This lady and her other colleague said the phone stand in the phone casing can withstand everytime we use it, but ended up broken after a week. And I returned back to the shop and the lady says cannot exchange. Silly policy with just 2 days! Better don't buy their products coz not worth it. Wasted my $22.90 and rather can go buy at shoppee with better quality. This lady in grey is not friendly customer oriented. My phone is s24 ultra....lady in black is just a customer.

Bought and pasted a screen protector for my new Samsung S23 Ultra. After pasting, has rainbow effect straight across the middle of the phone. Looks like it is for Samsung Fold instead. But sales claims that it is normal and will disappear soon. Its been a week, it has not disappear yet. Paid $22 for a plastic clear protector.. Scam shop will give 0 star if possible.

Paid $20 to paste a screen protector cause I can't trust myself to do it, ended up it was not done professionally by the staff too (dust trapped inside.) Since protector is used, no choice just pay. But would not recommend.

Bought iPhone 13 lens protector, one of the lens came out within a month. Went back to store to ask if can paste back they claimed that I dropped my phone when i didn’t, I showed the lens protector and the piece that came off which had no scratches or marks just that it wasn’t pasted properly. Staff said they cannot do anything about it, I asked to purchase a new lens but was also disappointed when they said have to buy it as a set. Asked the staff what am I going to do with the extra lens and had no response. Won’t recommend this shop, don’t take responsibility for the service they do or products they sell.

The Myanmar sales girl very rude. Didn't want to show me the phone case, how to buy ?. I bought from another stall (Banana Story) at the 2nd floor and given discount.

the s10+ screen protector that the staff recommended is terrible and costly... i wouldnt recommend to buy screen protector

Dusty screen protector and its wasnt even stick properly. And they charge so expensive
