The screen protector was dusty, and it wasn't even stuck properly. And they charge too much.

The S10+ screen protector that the staff recommended is terrible and costly. I wouldn't recommend buying a screen protector.

The Myanmar salesgirl was very rude. She didn't want to show me the phone case or explain how to buy. I bought from another stall (Banana Story) on the second floor and was given a discount.

I bought an iPhone 13 lens protector. One of the lenses came out within a month. I went back to the store to ask if they could reattach it. They claimed that I had dropped my phone, which I hadn't. I showed them the lens protector and the piece that came off, which had no scratches or marks, just that it wasn't pasted properly. The staff said they could not do anything about it. I asked to purchase a new lens, but I was also disappointed when they said I had to buy it as a set. I asked the staff what I was going to do with the extra lens and received no response. I won't recommend this shop. They don't take responsibility for the service they provide or the products they sell.

Paid $20 to have a screen protector applied because I couldn't trust myself to do it. It ended up not being professionally done by the staff either (dust trapped inside). Since the protector was used, I had no choice but to pay. But I would not recommend.

Bought and applied a screen protector for my new Samsung S23 Ultra. After applying it, there was a rainbow effect straight across the middle of the phone. It looked like it was for a Samsung Fold instead. But the salesperson claimed that it was normal and would disappear soon. It's been a week, and it has not disappeared yet. Paid $22 for a clear plastic protector. Scam shop. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Here's the edited review: "This lady and her colleague said the phone stand in the phone casing could withstand everyday use, but it broke after only a week. When I returned to the shop, the lady said I couldn't exchange it. What a silly policy, with only a 2-day exchange window! It's better not to buy their products because they're not worth it. I wasted my $22.90; I could have bought something with better quality on Shopee instead. The lady in grey was not friendly or customer-oriented. My phone is an S24 Ultra. The lady in black was just a customer."
