UPDATE! Changed from 1 to 4 ⭐! Thank you soo much for the kind service recovery..Appreciate it!! Just because we are not looking..doesnt mean u can SCAM us!!! Smell of burnt when im in the bus but i just ignore it.. When reached home,realised the burnt smell from the pancake iv bought from lot one outlet!! It is really burnt! Where is the quality control? U should not sell them.. Tasted it and of course they tasted bitter due to the burnts.. dissapointed!

Finally, it’s open at Lot 1 CCK! The service was excellent and the staff were super friendly! 😊 The skin and filling are just as good as the other branches—same thickness, same deliciousness! 🥰 …

Delicious and made fresh. I always buy the original peanut. Not too sweet and the taste is just right.

The MJK texture is so weird, just look at the MJK in the picture. The standard at Lot One is very bad…. Go Senja hawker better! Please look into the staff making MJK at Lot One. He seems like not well trained enough.

It is pancake. But cannot tell it is peanut pancake nor that it is munchies that I knew. Looks like got to add my own peanut butter. 😰 Hope Munchies look into this. Maybe it is newly opened and staff is new. —————- Update: 21 July 2025 After receiving the response from Munchi below, I thought I could give this Lot One branch another try. Sadly, it is not to be. Still got to add my own peanut butter. See the 2nd photo….. So sparse……. pathetic….😭 Maybe I am just unlucky. But the Hillion Mall branch had not disappointed me so far. No more Munchi for me from Lot One. Mr Bean for me.

No doubt Munchi hands down have the best and most consistent MJK. However Lot One’s operation is a mess. The team have very poor teamwork and communication, what would have been a simple pancake order often gets mixed up and you can see the staff bickering with each other while looking confused. The main reason for 1 star rating. Mind you, its a 4 by 2 meter shop…they are very well staffed with 3 on cooking and 2 on service. Out of the 5 times we have went, they consistently said munchi pancake needs 1 hour…it got us to think, they probably mill the flour from scratch, fetch water from the river and cook the filling from scratch. We have been buying munchi from when they are at kopitiam at hdb cck building as well as hillion mall, same crowd, but never consistently told the wait is 1 hour. Please re look into the operations and the team. Fyi chateraise is giving free pancake without an hours wait.
