I came to Nail Palace to remove my extensions and was honestly quite nervous at first. I have been to a number of nail salons that aggressively use electric nail filers to remove extensions, causing me pain. However, my nail tech, Michelle, was amazing! She was gentle and reassuring throughout the whole process. It ended up being completely painless and surprisingly relaxing. She was also super friendly and made me feel really at ease. Such a pleasant experience overall—Highly recommended.

The nail technician, Kitty Chan, was affable, outgoing, professional, and efficient. I had a much better experience here now than a couple years ago for the exact same service. I had an express manicure. They recommended just the right colour for my desired nails and were able to pull it out of thin air as it wasn't in the book selection and much better than I would have decided for myself. It's a great way to pamper yourself and a friend. I had to remove gel nails and it was quick and painless too.

Super happy with my nails! Vilin is really gentle and detailed in her work, and the whole session felt very relaxing. She gave good advice on shape and color, and the end result was so neat and pretty. You can tell she takes pride in her work.
