I came to Nail Palace to remove my extensions and was honestly quite nervous at first. I have been to a number of nail salons that aggressively use electric nail filers to remove extensions, causing me pain. However, my nail tech Michelle was amazing! She was gentle and reassuring throughout the whole process. It ended up being completely painless and surprisingly relaxing. She was also super friendly and made me feel really at ease.
