For takeaways, had witnessed numerous times that they practiced cooking 2 same orders on one hot plate and splitted into 2 containers. Last witnessed it was today (20/4/22) at 6.45pm. Just curious how would they determine the correct amount of rice and ingredients in each container in this case?? What is the rational behind having the correct rice dispense out if such practice is in place? Had asked the helper once before but was totally ignored without any replies!!

I was just kindly asking if my food was ready as I was not sure if it was and the staff just rudely said back “ I already said it will take 20 mins” . It’s not as if I asked many times. I was just confirming with them.

they can’t make a seamless experience for all their customers. ordered takeaway , the staff did not hear it and when they call my number they said i had to wait again. saw people eating there didn’t have to wait and many orders went passed and i still dont get my takeaways. waited for more than 30 mins just for my order because staff did not take note that mine was a takeaway! they simply didn’t feel apologetic and drag on.
