I would like to sincerely thank Polar Puff & Cakes from the bottom of my heart for having the option to purchase a Photocake. Without this service, my friend's birthday would not be complete. The amount of joy, laughter and happiness cannot be expressed through words. Thank you for helping me to troll my friend. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAN! JAY JAY FTW!! P.S. I really bought the cake, no lie. :)

Good puff, quality cakes, i will give a 5 stars for that. But the staff service I received yesterday was really bad. Right after I bought a cake, i realised I got the wrong flavour and requested to change on the spot. The staff just refused to change and the reason is that it is troublesome. Since it was 11am in the morning, there wasn't other customers around. They definitely have the time to do the quick change but they just refused to do it despite several request.

Tried their double chocolate mooncake :D it's nice and sweet, I always come here to buy their mooncakes every year

I went on a Friday morning and the chinese sales auntie had a care-less, unfriendly and dismissive attitude. It was an unpleasant experience. The food is good. Not sure if i will patronise again though.

Nothing like a piece of vegetarian puff from Polar Puffs and Cakes. It’s tasty and must try snack for a nice rainy evening.

Ordered a "Melody" cake online priced at $29.90, which was labelled as suitable for 2 to 4 pax. However, the actual size of the cake was just palm-sized, and it is probably enough for 1 to 2 pax only. When I raised my concerns, they mentioned that if I had ordered in person, they would have advised me, which suggested that the product may have gotten similar feedback before. I believe this is misleading marketing and unfair to consumers.

Your 2 staffs were acting busy, taking a long time to serve customers and totally ignored me while attending to other customers coming after. Not apologetic at all. Shame on u polar for such services. You should send your staffs for proper service training. Shame on you. SHAME ON YOU

Fluffy and yummy tuna puff. But at $2.80, it would be nice to have more tuna inside.

Just went to collect the cake I ordered. The young lady just pushed the cake to me without any words and "so how many candles you want !?" When i ordered the cake few days before, i asked and confirmed.... they say they will give the "happy mother's day" plastic standee for the cake. When I collect the cake today, I ask them where it is , they say " neh ... we give you the happy birthday one. We dont have mothers day one. Whaaaaat. The. Heck.
