Just went to collect the cake I ordered. The young lady just pushed the cake to me without a word, then abruptly asked, "So, how many candles do you want!?" When I ordered the cake a few days before, I asked and confirmed... they said they would give the "Happy Mother's Day" plastic standee for the cake. When I collected the cake today, I asked them where it was. They said, "Neh... we gave you the Happy Birthday one. We don't have a Mother's Day one." Whaaaaat. The. Heck.

I would like to sincerely thank Polar Puff & Cakes from the bottom of my heart for offering the Photocake option. Without this service, my friend's birthday would not be complete. The amount of joy, laughter, and happiness cannot be expressed through words. Thank you for helping me to troll my friend. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAN! JAY JAY FTW!! P.S. I really bought the cake, no lie. :)

Good puff, quality cakes. I would give 5 stars for that. But the staff service I received yesterday was really bad. Right after I bought a cake, I realized I got the wrong flavor and requested to change it on the spot. The staff just refused to change it, stating it was troublesome. Since it was 11 AM, there weren't any other customers around. They definitely had the time to do the quick change, but they just refused to do it despite several requests.

Your two staff members were acting busy, taking a long time to serve customers, and completely ignored me while attending to other customers who arrived after. They were not apologetic at all. Shame on you, Polar, for such services. You should send your staff for proper service training. Shame on you. SHAME ON YOU.

I went on a Friday morning, and the Chinese sales auntie had a careless, unfriendly and dismissive attitude. It was an unpleasant experience. The food is good. Not sure if I will patronise again though.

Ordered a "Melody" cake online priced at $29.90, which was labelled as suitable for 2 to 4 pax. However, the actual size of the cake was just palm-sized, and is probably only enough for 1 to 2 pax. When I raised my concerns, they mentioned that if I had ordered in person, they would have advised me, which suggested that the product may have gotten similar feedback before. I believe this is misleading marketing and unfair to consumers.
