I also love thai food that’s why we try this restaurant. Food is delicious and affordable. My family enjoyed eating and we finished everything. For sure we will go back here next time. Have free popcorn while waiting for order but we didn’t try it because they served so fast.

Delicious Thai food at SanooT! We had sambal kangkong, Thai beancurd, seafood tom yum, spicy squid, fried egg, and prawn cakes. Everything was tasty, especially the tom yum and prawn cakes. Service was friendly and food came fast. Will come back again!

Had a great meal at Sanook Kitchen! The menu has a lot of variety, and everything I tried was super tasty—especially the pineapple fried rice with chicken. I’m glad they were able to swap the shrimp for chicken without any hassle. The flavors were authentic and the portions just right. The staff were really friendly and the place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Prices are reasonable too, so it’s perfect for a casual lunch or dinner with friends. Will definitely be coming back to try more dishes!

Had Chendol, Spring Roll & Prawn Cake Chendol: 8.3/10 It tastes good, not overly sweet like usual chendol where gula melaka was used quite a lot. It is perfectly balanced. Spring roll: 6.7/10 Tasted good but not fancy. Prawn cake: 4.3/10 Tasted no prawn at all. I felt like i was eating fish cake. Could be it was over fried or the batter overpower the prawn taste.

Food: Orders were served promptly within 5 minutes. Staff was quick to usher us to the table, despite a visible crowd in the restaurant. Ordering was done via a QR code scannable from the table. Prices are fairly affordable. Their Kai Lan and Sweet & Sour fish are really good. Service: Used dishes and cutlery were picked up by the staff very quickly. Dishes were served in a very prompt manner. For families, there is free, self-served popcorn. This is a good value-added service, but hygiene is an issue as you don't know if previous diners' hands were clean. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is okay, with comfortable seating arrangements and fairly wide spaces between tables. Overall, I give it a good 4-star rating. Sanook Kitchen offers a McDonald's-style Thai food experience. If you have a craving for Thai food and don't want to burn a big hole in your pocket, this is the place you should visit. The cost is about SGD 25 to 30 per person, inclusive of GST and service charge.

I recently visited Sanook Kitchen at Lot One and was quite disappointed. **Food:** The taste of the food was okay; it wasn’t bad, but it didn’t blow me away either. **Service:** The service was lacking. The staff seemed inattentive, which detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, they served the wrong order, which was quite frustrating. We ordered à la carte green curry chicken, but they served us the set and just left it without saying anything, refusing to change it. The staff didn't seem very attentive during this process. Then, another staff member came and told us the order was wrong, promising to add chicken for us, but then claimed the order was correct. Eventually, there was very little chicken meat—only about 3-4 small cuts—despite being charged the à la carte price! This is ridiculous! **Pricing:** The prices are quite high for what you get, and the portions were surprisingly small. I expected more value for my money. Overall, I can't recommend trying this restaurant. There are better options out there for a more satisfying dining experience.

None of the Thai food actually tastes authentic. Pad Thai is too sweet and oily. Basil chicken's sauce is too wet, and its fragrance is weak. I don't actually complain about the speed of food coming out of the kitchen, unless it's bad. But it actually took less than 2 minutes for the food to be served. I don't know if they actually cooked or microwaved it.
