Nice Thai food and environment. Hope they will come out with the Thai crispy roasted pork dish 😋

Food: Orders were served promptly within 5 minutes. Staff was quick to usher us to the table, despite a visible crowd in the restaurant. Orders were placed via a QR code, which could be scanned from the table. Prices are fairly affordable. Their Kai Lan and Sweet & Sour fish are really good. Service: Used utensils and cutlery were picked up by the staff very quickly. Dishes were served very promptly. For families, there is free, self-served popcorn. This is a good value-added service, but hygiene is an issue, as you might not know if previous diners' hands were clean. Atmosphere: Okay. There were comfortable seating arrangements and fairly wide spaces between tables. Overall, I'd give it a 4-star rating. Sanook Kitchen is like a McDonald's-style Thai food restaurant. If you have a craving for Thai food and don't want to burn a big hole in your pocket, this is the place you should visit. The cost is about SGD 25 to 30 per person, inclusive of GST and service charge.

I recently visited Sanook Kitchen at Lot One and was quite disappointed. Food: The taste of the food was okay; it wasn’t bad, but it didn’t blow me away either. Service: Additionally, the service was lacking. The staff seemed inattentive, which detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, they served the wrong order, which was quite frustrating. We ordered à la carte green curry chicken, but they served us the set and simply left it without explanation, refusing to change the order. The staff didn't seem very attentive during this process. Then, another staff member came and told us the order was wrong, promising to add chicken for us, but eventually claimed the order was correct. Ultimately, there was very little chicken meat—only 3-4 small cuts—despite being charged the à la carte price! This is ridiculous! Pricing: The prices are quite high for what you get, and the portions were surprisingly small. I expected more value for my money. Overall, I can't recommend trying this restaurant. There are better options out there for a more satisfying dining experience.

None of the Thai food actually tastes authentic. Pad Thai is too sweet and oily. Basil chicken's sauce is too wet and its fragrance is weak. I don't actually complain about the speed of the food coming out of the kitchen unless it's bad. But it actually took less than 2 minutes for the food to come out. I don't know if they actually cooked or microwaved it.

The food was delicious as usual, but there are changes to their services compared to previously. The service was friendly and good, and it even came with free popcorn. It gave me a good impression, and I will surely come back again.

I've dined at this restaurant a few times. Not a fan of spicy, but their spice level is tolerable for me. I appreciate the restaurant's cleanliness. Yesterday was the first time I was seated near the kitchen. My experiences with such seats haven't been very pleasant, but at this restaurant, it was much better. The seats were clean, and it didn't feel as if we were next to the kitchen. Service was also excellent. Throughout my multiple visits here, there were one or two staff members whose attitudes weren't pleasant, but the staff overall was very friendly. I remember asking the staff if they could request the kitchen to use less chili for one dish, and they happily obliged. The food was delicious, but I think the chefs could use less salt. One dish we ordered was the Stir-fried Kailan with mushrooms. It was mixed with Oyster Sauce and it was a bit salty. However, the food was still delicious, especially the prawn cake 😋 Will definitely be returning to dine whenever we can. 👍

Ordered honey chicken rice egg set lunch. Got served cold egg and soup. Asked for a change; they just heated up the previous egg until it was dry! Honey chicken was also cold and dry, tough to eat!

Here's the lightly edited review: Had Chendol, Spring Roll & Prawn Cake. **Chendol: 8.3/10** It tasted good, not overly sweet like typical chendol where a lot of gula melaka is used. It was perfectly balanced. **Spring Roll: 6.7/10** It tasted good but wasn't fancy. **Prawn Cake: 4.3/10** I tasted no prawn at all. I felt like I was eating fish cake. It could be that it was over-fried, or the batter overpowered the prawn taste.

Delicious Thai food at SanooT! We had sambal kangkong, Thai beancurd, seafood tom yum, spicy squid, fried egg, and prawn cakes. Everything was tasty, especially the tom yum and prawn cakes. Service was friendly, and the food arrived quickly. Will come back again!
