Sometimes there is long queue if the Jackpot prize is high.

Used to be super crowded but now it has decreased other than that nothing special regular sgpools experience

The outlet is quite small and is decent for the use of the residents and shoppers here. However, the area of queuing for the shoppers is small and the area of people to write their papers is quite small. More people now go to the Singapore Pools outlet located on level 3 of the mall instead of going to NTUC as the one on level 3 is much larger and can cater to more people.

That's the Only place where we can still buy football matches till 9pm. Plus the surrounding plenty of nice food Especially 302. Cheers.

It hide at a çorner unless you are crazy of betting otherwise u won't notice it, what happens if u r like me don't usually bet but last min there's inspiration strikes you but it won't be able to find it and results appears

People try their luck on everyday. Your life will change overnight if you got group 1 or 2 price. Please be mindful to spend little money on lottery. Wishing you good luck. Try to check your luck and fortune here at least few times with few dollar. Please don't be addictive.

It's interesting as there is another Singapore Pools' own outlet upstairs. But, residents believe that the FP outlet is more lucky. Personally, I find the upstairs outlet offered a better user experience. Anyway, I placed Toto bets at both outlets as this is my first visit to Lot One. Won nothing
